Arlington, Virginia – The American Trucking Associations today announced that Sarah Rajtik is being promoted to the position of Executive Vice President for Human Resources and Operations.
"During her nearly five years with the American Trucking Associations, Sarah has transformed the culture and function of the organization," said Chris Spear, American Trucking Associations President and CEO. "With a portfolio that includes HR operations, talent acquisition, organizational design and building operations, she has played a key role in growing the operational excellence of the ATA.
"In her newly expanded position, I’m confident she will help lead the ATA into an era of sustained growth and increased value for members, by continuing to help identify, recruit and retain employees with top notch talent – the ATA’s most important asset."
Sarah has served as the ATA’s SVP of Human Resources since 2017. During the past 15 years, she has held positions including VP of Operations and Human Resources for the RSR Company, HR Director/Senior Consultant at DayBlink Consulting and HR Director/Senior Consultant for the Center for Shared Services. She holds an MBA from Georgetown University, two B.A. degrees from The Ohio State University and obtained her Professional Human Resource (PHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute in 2009.
