Hayden Cardiff, Co-Founder and Chief Innovation Officer, Idelic
Hayden Cardiff graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with his Master of Business Administration and is deeply immersed in the world of data and trucking technology. Hayden’s journey led him to Pitt Ohio in 2015 where he served as a consultant and witnessed the real-life challenges that fleet safety teams face every day. After seeing and understanding these hardships, he founded Idelic, the team behind the Idelic Safety Suite®, where he currently serves as Founder and Chief Innovation Officer.
Michael Benefield, AVP of Safety Health & Security, Hub Group
Mike Benefield has been with Hub Group Inc since Sept 2016, serving as their AVP of Safety Health & Security. In this role, Mike is responsible for the SHS Framework & Technology department which include providing SHS programming, training, policy, and procedure for the organization, as well as seeking out best in class technologies to develop and deliver for Hub Group.
In total, Mike has spent nearly 20 years in a variety of SHS leadership roles. He is currently active, and serves on the ATA’s Safety Management Council in a variety of Working Groups. Mike resides in Shorewood, IL, a suburb of Chicago with his wife of 20 years and 2 children, and loves to fish, golf, and spending quality time with his family.
