With his leadership and firsthand knowledge from nearly a decade of experience in the transportation industry, George understands how technical the industry has become and how to bring your existing processes together to amplify your business efficiencies.
Chris Carver, Vice President, Insurance Services, SpeedGauge
Chris Carver has, for nearly 30 years, pursued a passion for applying technology to transportation risk management. After four years of leading Liberty Mutual Insurance’s award-winning Commercial Lines telematics insurance program, he launched the SpeedGauge Clearinghouse as an open-platform for the broader insurance and road risk marketplace.
Harry Storck, Director, Risk Control, Protective Insurance
Harvey is the Director of Risk Controls at Protective Insurance, where he leads the Protective Insurance Loss Prevention team providing risk consulting & compliance services to insureds in commercial trucking. Harry also acts as Protective’s conduit to the commercial vehicle safety ecosystem working with leading and emerging vendors. Prior to joining Protective, Harry lead AIG’s commercial auto risk consulting practice. He received his BA from Loyola University–Maryland in Business Administration.
Tim Chrulski, Chief Operating Officer, Garner Trucking, Inc.
Tim is the current Chief Operations Officer for Garner Trucking in Findlay, Ohio. He attended the University of Findlay for Advertising / Communications and graduated with a degree in Organizational Leadership from Owens Community College.
Tim has spent the last 24 years in the transportation industry. He started his career with Garner Trucking in 1997 as a CDL driver. Since that time, Tim has served as Garner’s Driver Relations Manager & Recruiter, Sales Executive, Operations Director and in the Fall of 2020 was appointed as Garner’s Chief Operations Officer.
Tim was a member of the American Trucking Associations inaugural LEAD ATA class. He currently holds roles as a Board Member for the Toledo Trucking Association, Membership Committee Chairman for the Truckload Carriers Association (TCA), Policy Committee Member for the American Trucking Associations (ATA) Image & Communications Committee, ATA Chairman’s Membership Committee, the ATA Labor & Regulatory Policy Committee and ATA’s Vice Chairman of the Controlled Substances and Driver Health and Wellness Subcommittee. Tim is also a member of the Ohio Trucking Associations Strategic Planning Committee and the Emerge OTA Selection Committee.
