Impasse Breaking
Webinar Description:
Generally, those who choose to mediate or negotiate settlement of a lawsuit want a deal. Nevertheless, there are times in negotiations and mediations when parties simply cannot agree and reach an impasse. Rather than accept defeat, with the right skills, impasse often can be broken or even avoided altogether. Effective techniques that can be used in either a mediation or a direct negotiation exist for dealing with or even preventing a full blown impasse. These techniques can help you get your process back on track headed for a deal. This practical skills centered webinar will explore the warning signs of impasse and how to prevent it from occurring as well as specific techniques for breaking impasse when it does happen.
