Webinar Description:
Coming on the hells of a record year for trucking, many found 2019 to be a struggle. Carriers battled lower freight volumes, lower freight rates, higher insurance costs, higher driver churn, and a myriad of other obstacles. How did owner-operators fare as they worked through the challenges of 2019? The good news is that owner-operators who truly managed their business did just fine. That said, virtually every industry segment experienced something different. Founded in 1998, ATBS has been tracking and analyzing independent contractor financial trends in the trucking industry since 2003. In this webinar, ATBS will provide a recap of their 2019 Independent Contractor Benchmarking Study and show how owner-operations and carriers stacked up in areas such as productivity, revenue, truck cost, fuel, maintenance, insurance, net income, and much more.
